Job Description:
The Retail Warehouse is a distribution center that holds and distributes product for the Campus Guest Destinations along with the ecommerce business. The warehouse is open Monday through Saturday business hours and during peak shipping times hours are possible to change. The Retail Operations department is responsible for distribution guest destinations such as: Keeter Center gift shop, Edwards Mill, Fruitcake and Jelly Kitchen, Stained Glass and Candle Shop, and the Ralph Foster Museum. Also, maintaining packing for ecommerce, receiving in orders, call center assistance, and POS/inventory management support.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Help provide the best representation of our campus products through distribution and inventory management,
Proper package and shipping of product to guests,
Keep warehouse neat and clean at all times,
Assist guest destinations with POS support,
Receiving in product and labeling.
Secondary duties and responsibilities:
Help in other areas of the Guest Destination operation if needed,
Ability to help with ordering from outside vendors.
