POINT LOOKOUT, MO. — The College of the Ozarks Jazz Ensemble will present a concert on Thursday, Dec. 12, at 7:30 p.m. in the Jones Auditorium on campus. The concert is free and open to the public.

The College of the Ozarks Jazz Ensemble is a high energy group comprised of both non-music and music majors performing a wide variety of jazz styles, including swing, funk, rockabilly, and shuffle.

“Come and join the College of the Ozarks Jazz Ensemble for a great evening of live, big band jazz,” said Dr. Kevin Powers, assistant professor of music and director of bands. “The concert will feature talented C of O students along with gifted members of our music faculty, including jazz vocalist Rebecca Claborn. Ms. Claborn has sung opera and jazz throughout the United States. You do not want to miss her performance with us!”
