For 2025-2026, the above payment schedule is provided to help illustrate that the full amount of housing and food is due by November 3 of the Fall semester. You may, however, begin making payments prior to August 1 and/or January 2. You may make more frequent payments in smaller amounts, as long as $1,137.50 is paid by August 1 and/or January 2 and the total room and board charge is paid in full by November 3 and/or April 1.
Once accepted, you may begin making housing & food payments (room and board). Students will be charged $4,550.00 for 2025-26 when their class schedule is established. This may be met in one of the following ways:
- Cash or check payment in full by August 1 and/or January 2 – made at the Cash Accounts Office window, check mailed or on the Campusweb online payment system Transact. Please make checks payable to College of the Ozarks and mail attention Cash Accounts Office, P.O. Box 17, Point Lookout, MO 65726. Payments by credit card or by E-check – made via the Transact program on Campusweb (E-Check/Bank Info option is FREE). Failure to meet the first Housing and Food down payment by the deadline will result in a $100 late fee charged to your student account (applies to August & January only),
- Payment schedule as illustrated above,
- Work on campus for six (6) or twelve (12) weeks during the summer. These 40-hour weeks accumulate credit for future semesters' room and board charges at the rate of six (6) weeks per semester,
- Receive a scholarship for room and board.
The College accepts payments online by electronic check (e-Check), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Diners Club at https://campusweb.cofo.edu/ics/online_payments. Payments may also be made with personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders.
