Commencement Tickets: Tickets will be required to attend Commencement this year. Decisions on the number of tickets allocated to each graduate will be based on federal and state guidance regarding social distancing. Commencement will be live-streamed with a link on Campusweb to accommodate guests unable to attend.
Diplomas: For December graduates, diplomas will be mailed in May after all financial obligations to the College have been met. For May graduates, after your degree is conferred and all financial obligations to the College have been met, you may pick-up your diploma the week of June 15, 2020. Additional details will be emailed regarding arrangements. For students unable to pick-up their diplomas, we will mail them the week of June 22, 2020. You will receive your diploma cover during the commencement ceremony.
Transcripts: Once your degree has been conferred, the Registrar’s office will contact you concerning your final transcript. After you have verified your course information, you may order your one free transcript and additional transcripts online through your Campusweb account (Student Resource section). You may also order online at http://www.cofo.edu/Page/Alumni/Transcript-Request.7.html (C of O website under the Alumni section).
Graduation fee: A fee of $50.00 will be charged to your student account to cover a portion of the costs associated with graduation ceremonies and events (refer to Graduation Requirements under Academic Policies in the online College Catalog http://catalog.cofo.edu/content.php?catoid=12&navoid=605#Graduation_Requirements). This fee can be paid by sending a check to the Cash Accounts office in the Berger Building. You may also pay your fee online through CASHNet. Your fee is due by June 8, 2020. Please make any checks payable to the College of the Ozarks. The graduation fee is the same for all graduates, whether in attendance or not. The fee helps cover costs related to graduation, including processing transcripts and diplomas.
