FORTY HOUR WORK WEEKS
Students residing in residence halls or those who commute and maintain a course-load of at least 12 academic hours (full-time commuters) must work 15 hours per week when classes are in session and two forty hour weeks from the work weeks listed below. Work week run from Saturday to Friday.

| December 17-23 | 1st 40 Hour Work Week: Christmas Break |
| December 24-30 | 2nd 40 Hour Work Week: Christmas Break |
| December 31 - January 6 | 3rd 40 Hour Work Week: Christmas Break |
| January 7 | Spring Semester Work Begins |
| January 9 | All-college work training day |
| February 2 - February 24 | Apply for Summer Work Education Program |
| March 8, 9, 10 | Apply to work 15 hours to eat in the Pearl. (For students not working the work week but staying on campus). |
| March 11-17 | 40 Hour Work Week: Spring Break |
| May 3, 4, 5 | Apply to work 15 hours to eat in the Pearl. (For students not working the work week but staying on campus). |
| May 6-12 | 1st 40 Hour May Work Week |

| May 20-June 30 | 1st Six Weeks of Summer Work Program |
| July 1-August 11 | 2nd Six Weeks of Summer Work Program |
