Full refund will be given the first two weeks of the semester, if:
- You have a cash register receipt,
- Text book is in new condition. That means no marks, stains, erasures, highlighting, creased pages, etc. Any new book which has been written in will be counted as a used book and will be refunded at one-half of the new price,
- Shrink-wrapping has not been removed or damaged.
Textbooks from dropped courses may be returned through the end of September for the Fall Semester and through the end of February for the Spring Semester. One-half of the new price will be refunded if the book will be used the following semester. You must have your cash register receipt and a copy of the email approval for the dropped course. All refunds subject to the discretion of the Bookstore Manager.
