Graduation Information




Update May 28, 2020:

  • Rehearsal: Saturday, November 7, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. at the Keeter Gymnasium.
  • Baccalaureate: Sunday, November 8, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Keeter Gymnasium.
  • Commencement: Sunday, November 8, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at the Keeter Gymnasium.

Campusweb & C of O Email Address: Your C of O email address will remain in effect until December 31, 2020 and will be the method we use to communicate graduation information.

Excused Absences: We rejoice with you in your achievement, and expect you to be present at Rehearsal, Baccalaureate, and Commencement. If you are unable to attend, please submit your request to be absent, in writing, addressed to the Dean of the College by October 1, 2020. Please send requests to

Caps and Gowns: Caps and gowns will be distributed at the following times and locations:

  • Friday, November 6, 2020, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., at the balcony of the Alumni Center
  • Saturday, November 7, 2020, 3:00 p.m., in the lobby of the Keeter Gymnasium.

Rehearsal: Caps and gowns must be worn during rehearsal as photographs will be taken.

Commencement Tickets: Tickets will be required to attend Commencement this year. Decisions on the number of tickets allocated to each graduate will be based on federal and state guidance regarding social distancing. Commencement will be live-streamed with a link on Campusweb to accommodate guests unable to attend.

Diplomas: For December graduates, diplomas were mailed in May to students who have met all financial obligations to the College.

For May graduates, diplomas will be mailed (no longer available for pick-up in person due to COVID-19) the week of June 15, 2020, after all, financial obligations to the College have been met. You will receive your diploma cover during the commencement ceremony.

Transcripts: Once your degree has been conferred, the Registrar’s office will contact you concerning your final transcript. After you have verified your course information, you may order your one free transcript and additional transcripts online through your Campusweb account (Student Resource section). You may also order online at (C of O website under the Alumni section).

Graduation fee: A fee of $50.00 will be charged to your student account to cover a portion of the costs associated with graduation ceremonies and events (refer to Graduation Requirements under Academic Policies in the online College Catalog This fee can be paid by sending a check to the Cash Accounts office in the Berger Building. You may also pay your fee online through CASHNet. Your fee is due by June 8, 2020. Please make any checks payable to the College of the Ozarks. The graduation fee is the same for all graduates, whether in attendance or not. The fee helps cover costs related to graduation, including processing transcripts and diplomas.
