College of the Ozarks is committed to a five-fold mission of encouraging academic, Christian, cultural, vocational, and patriotic growth in its students. The College’s academic program is intentionally Christ-centered, based on the biblical and historic confession that Jesus Christ is Lord and that all the things one studies in college, from accounting to zoology, were created through him and for him and hold together in him (Colossians 1:15-20). Courses at the College are taught from the perspective of a biblical worldview, which provides a broad and robust understanding of the world that a secular worldview cannot provide. And the faculty of the College is comprised of men and women who are experts in their field and deeply committed to Jesus Christ. These professors take seriously the privilege of teaching and mentoring students throughout their educational journeys at the college.
The students section provides resources for students in the area of academics, work education, character education, and Christian ministries.
