Senior High Math League - Topics
GROUP I -- Algebra I Emphasis
Eligibility: Any student currently enrolled in Algebra I
Topics: Those topics traditionally covered in Algebra I and anything from Junior High.
GROUP II -- Algebra II Emphasis
Eligibility: Any student currently enrolled in Algebra II*
Topics: Those topics traditionally covered in Algebra II and anything from GROUP I or before.
GROUP III -- Geometry Emphasis
Eligibility: Any student currently enrolled in Geometry*
Topics: Those topics traditionally covered in Geometry and anything from GROUP I.
GROUP IV -- Trigonometry & Analysis Emphasis
Eligibility: Any student.
Topics: Those topics traditionally covered in Trigonometry or Math Analysis and anything from Group III or Group II.
GROUP V -- Open Division
Eligibility: Any student.
Topics: ANYTHING GOES. A grab-bag of problems from all areas, often non-traditional, and always requiring some thought.
*Schools which alternate Geometry and Algebra II should see Rules Sheet for eligibility.
