Library Cards Persons not affiliated with College of the Ozarks are welcome to use the library. Those people who live in Taney, Stone, Christian, or Boone counties may obtain a library card upon presentation of a government-issued photo i.d. with a current local address. There is no charge. Anyone outside of the four-county area or those without current and valid identification will not be issued a card but may use materials in the library. Photocopiers are available for a small fee.
