Membership Application Form for Business Alumni Chapter
The yearly dues remain $10.00 or a lifetime membership can be obtained for a
one-time contribution of $200.00. Anyone can submit an application on-line and
send dues to Kevin Riley (checks payable to College of the Ozarks) at the
following address: College of the Ozarks, P.O. Box 17, Point Lookout, MO 65726.
