POINT LOOKOUT, MO. — Miss Hard Work U. and her court were announced at the 2018 College of the Ozarks Homecoming Coronation on Nov. 1, 2018. This year’s Homecoming theme was “Making Memories with U.”
Votes by the student body determined the top 15 finalists. A panel of judges selected the top 10 based on interviews with the candidates. From the top 10, five were selected during the Coronation Ceremony to answer questions onstage. The judges crowned Miss Hard Work U. and her court based upon the impromptu Q & A and one-on-one interviews with the judges.
Other factors taken into consideration were poise, personality, and stage presence.

First runner-up – Hannah Hilton of Verona, Missouri
Second runner-up – Annie Boyd of Rogers, Arkansas
Third runner-up – Lauren Presley of Branson, Missouri
Fourth runner-up – Jordan Mitchell of Malden, Missouri
